Street Fight Tips on How to Avoid One Major Mistake that Leads to Knockouts

This week’s ‘how to Fight Breakdown’ looks at the problem of knockout kicks to the face in a real street fight, ambush or violent attack. Also, why it is difficult to deal with and what you can do to defend yourself in a street fight.

Sitting up is a natural reaction when pushed to the ground. Let's face it, it's not a fighting technique that people often train in martial arts. In fact it's not a fun practising how to stand up safely for self defence as practising how to punch hard and fast.

It's not all bad. We also look at one case in which a guy does get it right in a fight. He stands properly and does get knockout kick to face.
